International Shipping
The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders.

You the customer must contact us at gymgears.co.uk within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost. If for any reason at all you simply change your mind and wish to have you order refunded you will be charged a £2 refund transaction fee plus the cost of shipping if we have already sent it out you. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of PowerBody.co.uk no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
Product Returns
Non-defective products can be returned within 14 Days of invoice,
Damaged Products and Returns
In the case a customer claims to have received a damaged product and request for a reimbursement/replacement, we would request a picture of the product and send us to review. In our experience the damaged product can be: Still usable. We might offer a partial refund. Light damage. We might ask the customer to return the product. We will issue refund when the product reaches our warehouse. Destroyed item, It might not be worth returning the product. The refund will be immediate. If the customer's damaged item does need collecting, Gym Gears will not be liable for the cost of collection or returning the item back to our warehouse. As with any form of e-commerce, retail customers are entitled to return their products within 14 days of receiving them, given that the products are in the original condition. The product is refunded once returned to our warehouse.
Product Exchange
We will gladly exchange our products, providing they return to our store within 14 Days of invoice and are in the same condition which they left.
